What is IGF-1 LR3 ?

To start with the basics, IGF stands for Insulin Growth Factor. In your body, HGH (Human Growth Hormone) stimulates the liver to release IGF-1. IGF is an anabolic hormone that like GH is at its peak during puberty. IGF plays a role in muscle growth and fat metabolism through increased the uptake of nutrients from food in the intestines, and subsequent delivery of these nutrients to muscle tissues. The intestines have the largest number of IGF receptors, but muscle cells also have IGF receptors, and when used along with muscular weight training, IGF promotes muscular uptake of nutrients.

Unlike regular IGF-1, IGF-1 LR3 is a long acting peptide with a half life of 6+ hours compared to only about 20 minutes with regular
IGF. In practical terms, once natural stores of IGF are exhausted, higher levels of HGH are unable to reach muscles and promote growth. Therefore, when supplementing HGH (or the longer acting analog CJC); adding IGF-1 LR3 helps bring nutrients to muscles post-workout. In this way, IGF-1 LR3 has been called muscles sparing, as it promotes fat metabolism and helps nourish the stimulated muscle cells for growth.

What is the dosage for IGF-1 LR3 ? Dose per injection: 50 mcg Injections per vial: 20 x 50 mcg dosages Example Amounts to Inject: If you use 1 ml of water for mixing then a 50mcg dosage = 0.05 ml (or 5 units on Insulin Syringe). For 2 ml of water for mixing then 50mcg = 0.10ml (or 10 units); if you have used 3ml of water for mixing, then 50mcg = 0.15ml (or 15 units).
